Chorus Concerts

You probably know the song “It’s the most wonderful time of the year” well some people might say that December is the most wonderful time of the year, because it is Christmas time. But what about if you thought December was the most wonderful time of the year because that’s when you get to see a lot of Chorus Concerts. That’s okay because Mrs. Houlahan and Mrs. Bailey think the same thing. Thanks to Mrs. Bailey we know,” The Sixth Grade Chorus held their winter concert last Monday the 4th of December right here in Maple Avenue's Trombley Auditorium.  The Maple Avenue Select Chorus also made a guest appearance at the concert.  The Sixth Grade Chorus will participate in two additional concerts, on March 28th as part of the Choral Showcase at the high school and on May 31st, here again at Maple Avenue.” And thanks to Mrs. Houlahan, I know that on Thursday December 7th, Chorus 7, Chorus 8, and Maple Avenue Select Chorus, performed in the Trombley Auditorium. And the High School Fiddle Club came and accompanied them with two of their numbers, and provided pre and post-concert music for the audience. We would like to give a shout out to everyone that performed. You guys were amazing! Chorus 7 sang with the Fiddle Club and Chorus 8 performed a piece from the 1590s in the aisles.
