Clock time!

Spanish Clocks -BY: Christa Flinton
In Senorita Meade room we made Spanish clocks. The night before we are going to make the clocks Senorita Meade sent out an email and talk about it in class about all the supplies we need. When she told us about it, she wanted us to use what ever we have at home so if we do not have a paper plate you can just easily substitute it for an empty cereal box of if you do not have index cards use paper. If you want to make one you will need:

Paper plate or whatever you have at home
Pin, Paper clip
Glue stick or tape
Index cards or regular paper
Pen , Pencils, Markers , Colored Pencils
Scissors

After you get all the supplies you are going to start by grabbing the paper plate and a pencil and lightly draw one through twelve on the back of the paper plate.

After you do that you will cut out two arrows one smaller than the other and write on the smaller one hora and the other minuto which means hour and minute in Spanish.

Then using both arrows pock a hole in the bottom of the arrow with a paper clip or a pin then fasten it through the middle of the paper plate then tape any access wire or pin

You then outline the numbers one through twelve with anything you want a marker or a color pencil

Then take out some paper and cut it into all different types of shapes then glue to the outside near the numbers on the paper plate make sure that there big enough because you will need to write on them

Then write all the Spanish numbers starting from 12 on the little shapes that you cut out and glued on the paper plate

Then after that you are finished, I hope you had fun and cured your boredom share this with your friends and family
