Hey Everyone! I am a member of the Science Club, and I am going to share with you some of the cool and fun things we do in the science club. We do really cool experiments. And we use fire for a lot of them. One of the many experiments we have done is, “magically” changing a pink gelatin ice cube white. And a white one pink. (shown in pictures) Some other things we do are:• blow up gummy bears: we added a powder to a test tube, put it in a flame, with turned it into a liquid, added the gummy bear, dolomitized. Gone from existence• turning flames into different colors depending on the different metals: Put very small pieces of different metals on a flame, and the flame changes color (shown in picture)
• elephant toothpaste is made with hydrogen peroxide. The hydrogen peroxide is chemically broken down into water and oxygen and the oxygen makes the foam when mixed with soap (shown in pic-google image)• lighting the desk on fire (not really lighting it ON fire)- Science Club is such a fun club to be a part of! Come see what experiment will happen next!
