Mud St. Maple- Sugar Shack!

On March 19th- Adventure Club got to head out to the Mud St. Maple- SUGAR SHACK in Athol, NY. Although it was dreary and cold the students were intrigued to learn all about the process of making Maple Syrup!

The adventure club recently went to the Mud Street Maple for the Therman Maple fest, and had the time of their lives, trying an abundance of exotic flavors of maple goodness. The adventure club specifically picked the Mud Street Maple because it was a new, small business starting out in Therman, selling items from maple cream to maple chili! The Mud Street Maple had 27 acres of tapped maple trees, and a nice nature walk to go with it. To make it even more classy, they had a magnificent wood fueled evaporator to perfect, and bottled their maple syrup.
