8th grade: Maddie,13 wanted to be more famous- she could follow through with this by striving towards what she wants to be famous for and never giving up
Principal: Mr.Singer-wanted to be more visible around the school so he said he could follow through with that by trying to be in the hallways more and being more social with the kids walking by and at home he is looking forward to spending more time with his family.
January's Character Trait was COMMITTMENT! We thought it would be fun to go into the hallways and classrooms and ask how students and/or faculty will remain committed to their New Year's resolution-Below are their responses:
6th grade: Shea Hogan, age 12 said his New Year's resolution was to start being nicer to his siblings. He said he could try and follow through with this by making a chart for some times a day where he should play with his siblings.
7th ,Lil Flanagan,age 12, wants to make high honor roll she is staying committed to this by trying to study more, asking for help when needed, and trying not to procrastinate!
Teacher: Mrs. Miles, 6th grade enriched Math she's trying not to be as stressed and told us that she is remaining committed by follow through by singing the Frozen song, "Let it Go!", and trying to exercise more!
